Subscriber Video Access
American News Network and American News and Information Services are developing subscriber access for authorized probate court hearing coverage.
Subscriber access may include video viewing, downloadable subscriber copies, written hearing summaries, transcripts where available, and related public-record reporting.
How Subscriber Access Will Work
Subscribers will be able to log in to access available probate court coverage. Some written summaries may be public, while full hearing videos, downloads, transcripts, and archive materials may require subscriber access.
Subscriber Use Rules
Subscriber access is limited to the authorized subscriber or authorized users listed on the account.
Subscribers may not share login credentials, subscriber-only links, downloaded videos, transcripts, or archive materials with unauthorized persons.
Downloaded subscriber copies may include visible or invisible watermarking identifying the subscriber account and download information.
Prohibited Uses
Subscriber materials may not be reposted, resold, redistributed, altered, uploaded to another website or social media platform, or used for harassment, intimidation, threats, retaliation, or unlawful conduct.
Account Protection
ANIS may monitor login activity, download activity, IP address information, device information, and usage patterns to protect subscriber-only materials and prevent unauthorized sharing.
